2. Customer Satisfaction

At FlowerPlus, we are committed to providing fresh, premium-quality flowers and exceptional customer service.

While we strive to fulfil all deliveries within the selected delivery time slot, we shall not be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
  • Recipient not being available to receive the order.
  • Restricted access to the delivery location.
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If you require assistance regarding your order, please contact our customer support team with your order number.

3. Flower & Product Substitution

As flowers are seasonal and subject to market availability, FlowerPlus reserves the right to substitute flowers, foliage, wrapping materials, containers, or gift items with products of similar style, colour, and equal or higher value without prior notice.

Every substitution is carefully selected by our florists to maintain the overall appearance, quality, and value of the arrangement while ensuring timely delivery.

4. Returns, Refunds & Claims

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your flowers.

To help us assess your claim, kindly provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the product received.
  • A brief description of the issue.

All claims will be reviewed individually. Where a claim is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted at least 2 working days before the scheduled delivery date.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted, as flowers may already have been purchased or arrangements prepared. All requests are subject to review and approval on a case-by-case basis.
