At FlowerPlus花加, we strive to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We offer a 5-day return policy for eligible items. This means you have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately at floral@flowerplus.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Fresh flowers, preserved flowers, plants, or other perishable goods.
- Custom-made or personalised floral arrangements.
- Beauty and personal care products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to request a return (if eligible). Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Returned with original tags and packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that this right may not apply to perishable or customised products where exemptions under applicable law exist.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
